LOVE IS THICKER THAN WATER is a romantic drama in which a middle class cellist falls in love with a working class student.

Language

There are multiple uses of strong language ('f**k'), as well as some milder bad language (for example, 'prick', 'bitch', 'shit', 'pissed', 'bullshit', 'bloody', 'bollocks', 'God', 'Jesus', 'Christ').

Sex

In one scene there is an animated depiction of a man thrusting into a woman. In another scene a young man masturbates, below frame, while his girlfriend watches. There is no strong detail.

There are also some strong verbal sex references.

In one scene a young woman punches and kicks a man. There are also brief fight scenes, one of which includes a subsequent scene in which a man has blood on his face.
