LET US PREY is a horror film in which a mysterious man arrives in a remote part of Scotland and soon finds himself in the cells of the local police station.

Violence

Strong bloody violence and associated gore includes savage beatings and blood spurts as characters are blasted with a shotgun. In one scene a man's head is smashed on the leg of an upturned table, with subsequent sight of the table leg protruding from a bloody eye socket. In another scene a character's head is forced onto a shard of glass that has penetrated the front of her neck. Other gory images include the sight of a corpse from which the top of the skull has been removed and several body parts, including a severed head, in a fridge.

Other issues include brief female buttock nudity, a sex scene in a car that includes mechanical thrusting but no nudity, and over forty-five uses of strong language ('f**k'). In two flashback scenes it is discreetly implied that a young girl has been sexually assaulted.
