LADIES AND GENTLEMAN is a Malayalam language drama about a man who helps to turn around the lives and fortunes of a group of young adults when their paths accidentally cross. It is rated 12A for moderate violence and suicide references.

The film begins with two scenes showing attempted suicides. In the first scene, a man ties himself to a large piece of concrete with a rope and attempts to throw himself into the sea. In the second scene, it is implied that a woman is attempting to hang herself, although no imitable detail is shown.

The film also contains some scenes of moderate violence, without injury detail, and some English uses of mild bad language (eg 'bloody' and 'hell'). There are scenes of alcohol misuse, which is challenged, and anti-smoking adverts which show images of diseased lungs.

No-one younger than 12 may see a 12A film in a cinema unless accompanied by an adult. No-one younger than 12 may rent or buy a 12 rated video or DVD.
