KESARI is a Hindi language historical war drama concerning the Battle of Saragarthi in which a small army of Sikhs fought against several thousand Afghans in 1897.

Violence

There are several scenes in which men are shot, slashed, stabbed and battered, many of which are accompanied by blood spurts.

Injury detail

Scenes show dead and wounded men, some of whom have wounds leaking blood and weapons impaled through their bodies. There are also scenes in which wounded men dribble blood. In one scene, a man on fire approaches enemy forces, and his skin becomes blackened as he is consumed by flames.

There is also implied strong language (a subtitled use of 'f****r'), as well as milder terms (for example, 'bloody', 'screw', 'hell', 'goddamn').
