KATHTHI is a Tamil language action drama, in which a case of mistaken identity embroils an escaped convict in a fight against a large corporation intent on seizing a village's land.
- Violence
There are frequent scenes of moderate action violence involving hand-to-hand combat, knives, poles and guns. However, very little blood or injury detail is seen and most of the violence is heavily stylised.
There is a single scene of suicide and references to committing suicide, although no detail of the event is shown. There is infrequent use of mild bad language and mild sex references.
