KALINKA is a French drama based on the real life story of a man who spent decades pursuing justice for his daughter, convinced she had been raped and murdered by his wife's new partner.

Violence

During a courtroom scene, a victim describes how a doctor gave her an injection, kissed her, fondled her breasts and raped her. The events are seen in flashback, in a series of brief, blurry shots from the victim's point of view.

Further references are made to rape, including a reference during an autopsy when a report is read out detailing injury to the victim's genitals.

There is infrequent strong language ('f**k') as well as infrequent milder bad language ('piss', 'bastard', 'hell').
