JIMI: ALL IS BY MY SIDE is a biopic about the musician Jimi Hendrix, as it charts his arrival on the sixties London music scene, as well as his relationships with the two women in his life.

Drugs: There are scenes of drug use, including a scene in which characters take LSD and experience its effect. Later, two characters are seen smoking marijuana.
Language: There are over forty uses of strong language ('f**k', 'motherf**king') and moderate and mild bad language, including 'bitch', 'bloody', 'ass', 'shit', 'bastard'.
Violence: There is a scene of strong violence when a character lashes out at a female on the phone and hits her in the face with the phone receiver several times. There is sight of bloody injury and her badly bruised and cut face.
Sex: There are strong sex references such as 'sucking a Rolling Stone's cock' and 'their whole life is a motherf**king blowjob'

There is some racist behaviour depicted with footage of a 'Keep Britain White' placard, as well as a scene in which several policemen confront a black male and white female and harass the male for wearing a soldier's jacket. There is also a scene implying a character has taken an overdose of pills.
