IRON SKY is a comedy science-fiction film in which American astronauts discover a Nazi city on the moon. This leads to conflict between the moon-dwellers and the people on Earth.

Language

There is use of strong language ('f**k'), as well as milder terms including 'prick', 'ass', 'shit' and 'crap'.

Violence

There are occasional scenes of strong violence, including a moment in which an astronaut is shot in the head, resulting in a blood spray, and a scene in which a woman buries the heel of her shoe in a man's forehead, causing him to stagger about and die.

The film also contains moderate comic sex references, discriminatory language ('spastic'), and some innocuous drug references.
