THE INFORMANT is a French language drama based on a true story from 1987, about a man who works as an informant for the French customs.

Language

Several scenes of strong bloody violence include shootings with bloody impacts and blood sprays.

Drugs

The main theme of the film is drug trafficking. There are frequent references to drug trafficking, sight of drugs packages, and a scene showing traffickers lighting some cannabis resin to check its quality before criminals buy the product.

One sex scene briefly shows clear sight of a man kissing and about to suck on a woman's nipple.
