IDENTITY THIEF is a comedy drama in which a man persues a woman he believes to be responsible for his identity being stolen.

Sex

Strong sex and sex references include a scene showing thrusting movements with accompanying loud noises, with references to sexual activity such as ‘get on top’, ‘break my f***ing hip’ and ‘stick it in, stick them both in’. In a bubble bath, it is suggested that a woman has an orgasm after placing a shower head between her legs. Other sex references include, ‘Walt likes to watch, he likes to watch me with other men, that’s the only time he gets aroused’, ‘Are you hard now?’ and, ‘I think he really ripped it, you’ll have to look’ as a woman says she feels sore the morning after sex.

Language

There is strong language ('f**k', 'motherf***er') as well as milder terms ('crap', 'shit', 'bullshit', 'bitch', 'asshole' and 'whore').

The film also contains scenes of moderate violence in which various people are shot in the neck, leg and foot.
