HOME is an animated feature about a lonely alien who goes on an unlikely road trip with a girl who is trying to find her mum.

Threat

Some scenes of mild threat from enemy aliens and people being sad as they are temporarily separated from loved ones, but everything is quickly and reassuringly resolved.

Violence

Comic slapstick is mild and involves characters being accidentally hit, but never realistically injured; there is no dwelling on anyone being in pain.

Other issues include some rude humour, such as the alien explaining that they also refer to going to the toilet as 'Number 1' and 'Number 2', but that they also have a 'Number 3', which involves taking a day off. There's also a scene in which the alien is shut into a drinks chiller cabinet in a supermarket, but he is soon released again and is visible through the glass door throughout.
