Note: The following text may contain spoilers

HECTOR AND THE SEARCH FOR HAPPINESS is a romantic comedy drama in which a psychiatrist sets out on a global search for the secret of happiness.

Language

There are thirteen uses of strong language ('f**k'), as well as various uses of milder bad language, including 'bitch', 'bloody', 'bullshit, 'crap', 'dickhead' and 'shit'.

Other issues include brief female buttock nudity, infrequent moderate violence, some moderate verbal sex references, and comic wordplay when an elderly lady appears to say in a thick French accent, "I want a penis" (she actually means 'happiness').
