THE GUARDIANS is a Russian action adventure in which superheros who had gone into hiding are called back into service.

Violence

There are multiple scenes of fantasy violence and threat as the superheros fight off armed soldiers with exchanges of rapid gunfire and large explosions destroying vehicles and buildings. People are also dispatched with blows from curved blades, with occasional small sprays of blood. One man is seen with a line running down the centre of his face, implying that he has been cut in half but there is no blood or injury detail. There are also extended hand to hand combat scenes, with punches to the face and body.
