THE GOOD THE BAD THE WEIRD is a subtitled Korean Western set in 1930s Manchuria in which three bandits search for buried treasure.

Violence

There are occasional scenes of strong bloody violence, including gunfights with resultant impact wounds, and characters being cut or stabbed with knives.

A sequence set in an opium den/brothel features breast nudity and sight of opium pipes being smoked.

Cuts information

This work had compulsory cuts made. Cuts were required to remove sight of real animal cruelty, in this instance three cruel horse falls, in line with the requirements of the Cinematograph Films (Animals) Act 1937.
