A GIRL AT MY DOOR is a South Korean drama about a female police officer who takes in a young teenager in order to protect her from her abusive father.

Sex

There is a scene suggesting sexual activity between an adult and a child, albeit there is no explicit detail. The scene is carefully shot and edited so as to avoid any indecency involving the child.

Theme

A child is physically abused by her family and there are references to this abuse, including sight of her injuries, as well as scenes which show the young girl being hit by her father.

There are frequent uses of strong language, such as 'f**k' and 'motherf**ker'.

There is a scene of strong violence in which a man is beaten, with strong impact detail and sight of bloody aftermath injury.
