THE GIFT is a thriller about a husband and wife who are threatened by a man who knew the husband in the past.

Language

Several uses of strong language ('f**k', 'motherf**ker'), as well as some milder bad language ('shit', 'son of a bitch', 'asshole').

Threat

There are several scenes in which people are threatened by a stalker. There is also a scene in which a man straddles an unconscious woman and prepares to rape her; however, there is no depiction of rape. Occasional scenes of violence show men striking each other, although there is no strong injury detail.

There are some moderate verbal sex references.
