FADING GIGOLO is a comedy drama about a couple of friends who set up a gigolo business to help the lonely women of New York.

There are two scenes of strong sex, in which a man has sex with his female clients. In both scenes the man is seen thrusting into the women from behind, with one standing against a piano and the other kneeling on the floor. Both women are wearing lingerie, so there is no nudity. In another scene a man emerges from underneath the skirts of a woman, implying that he has been performing oral sex. There are also some sex references, including comments about a menage a trois, sex with pregnant women, and whether the main character is a 'ho'.

There is one scene of sexualised nudity as a couple lie together after some off screen sex. The man lies so that his head hides the woman's groin, but her bare breasts are exposed.

Other issues include some moderate threat, as a man threatens a driver who has crashed into him with a baseball bat. There is one drugs reference when a man claims he was 'high on acid' when choosing his sofa.
