FÉLICITÉ is a Lingala language drama in which a woman searches the streets of Kinshasa for money to save her son after he is injured in a motorcycle accident.

Violence

Several people are beaten up by angry crowds, resulting in moderate bloody detail. A man strikes a woman's face. A guard attempts to drag a woman out of a building while she screams and struggles, causing a small cut over her eyebrow but no serious injury.

Sex

A man and a woman are seen pressed together against the wall of a bar; the woman moans and cries out loudly. There is also very brief and out-of-focus breast nudity in a scene in which a man and a woman wake up in bed together.

Injury detail

A teenage boy is shown smeared with blood and wrapped in bloody bandages after being seriously hurt in an accident.

Language

There is infrequent use of strong language ('f**k'). Milder terms include 'whore' and 'ass'.

There are infrequent, non-graphic verbal references to rape and domestic violence. Other issues include scenes of characters drinking to excess.
