DOWNHILL is a UK comedy drama about four middle-aged male school friends who reunite for a coast to coast walk.

Language

There is frequent strong language ('f**k'), as well as moderate and milder bad language ('bitch', 'bloody', 'shit', 'piss', 'arse', 'bastard', 'God', 'Jesus Christ').

Sex

There are some strong sex references. These include references to anal intercourse and ejaculation.

Characters occasionally smoke marijuana joints. Following one scene, a man behaves in a disturbed manner and subsequently claims to have become paranoid. The film also contains a scene in which a man talks about a scar on his neck and says "A f**king raghead did it". He is a crude character whose racist language is not endorsed by the film. There are also several scenes in which adults drink alcohol. Some of these are followed by scenes in which men become distressed, aggressive or nauseous. The film also contains scenes in which adults smoke cigarettes.
