DECAY is a US horror in which a man becomes obsessed with the corpse of a woman after she dies whilst breaking into his house.
There is strong language ('f**k'). Milder terms include 'bitch'.
- Injury detail
There is strong gore throughout including frequent sight of a decaying corpse. Scenes show a man trying to preserve the corpse - for example by wrapping it in plastic or keeping it in ice. Scenes show bugs crawling out of the corpse's mouth, and her skin becoming increasingly decayed.
There are some 'jump' moments in which a corpse comes to life.
There are some crude verbal sex references when a man talks about his sexual experiences.
A character has flashbacks to his childhood and his abusive mother.
A sequence implies that a character kills herself via self-immolation.
