DEADLY SISTERS is a drama, based on true events, about two sisters who murder their mother after suffering years of abuse at the hands of the woman's violent boyfriends.
- Suicide
There is a scene depicting an attempted suicide in which a woman is seen cutting her wrist, drawing a blade vertically along her arm.
- Violence
There are a number of scenes of strong violence, most notably where a woman is drowned in a bath, with a focus on her face under the water as she slowly drowns.
There is frequent strong language ('f**k'), much if it used in an aggressive fashion, and a strong sex scene.
