A woman convulses and eventually dies from poisoning. Strong bloody images include sight of a corpse on a morgue table, with its chest cut open.

A man is bound, gagged and threatened with a chainsaw.

There is a sex scene featuring strong thrusting detail. There are references to pornography and rough sex.

There are also references to rape and paedophilia and a suicide scene.
