COME OUT AND PLAY is a horror in which an American couple go on holiday to a remote island only to discover that terrible events have occurred there and that they themselves are now in grave danger.

Disturbing images

There is sight of a dead body with the stomach cavity and jaw ripped open, and a montage in which laughing children play with the gory body parts of dead adults. We see the children dragging a severed head across the floor and making a necklace from severed ears.

Violence

Violence is occasionally strong, although it is generally undetailed. There is a scene in which one of the main characters attacks and kills a number of children, their young age adding to the impact of the violence. There is also a scene in which a woman suffers a painful and very bloody miscarriage.

This film also contains use of strong language ('f**k').
