- Language
There is a single use of very strong language ('c**t') in an audio clip of Cobain speaking on the telephone to a journalist. There is frequent use of strong language ('f**k'), as well as milder terms such as 'ass', 'bloody', 'pissed' and 'shit'.

There are frequent sex references. An animation describes a sexual encounter that Cobain had with a girl he knew when he was at school. There are illustrations of crudely drawn penises and other sexual images.
