THE BUTCHER OF LOUISIANA is a horror film in which a mother attempts to prove that her son, executed for murdering twenty-two people, was possessed by a demon at the time and therefore not responsible for his actions.

Language

There is use of strong language ('f**k'), as well as milder bad language, including uses of 'ass', 'shit' and 'son of a bitch'.

Injury detail

In one scene a female character lies on her side on the floor; there is blood on her ear, chin and cheek, and more blood has pooled on the floor by her head. In another scene a man, having been bitten on the neck, lies on his back with blood on his chin and throat; more blood bubbles from his mouth.

Sex

Infrequent strong sex references include the dialogue line, "I want to feel my cock in your mouth".

Other issues include moderate violence and threat.
