BUSINESSMAN - GUNS DON'T NEED AGREEMENTS is a Telugu language political drama. The Mumbai Police claim to have been successful in totally wiping out underworld crime, but they haven't reckoned with the ambitious Surya, who appears from nowhere to reinvent the business of being a gangster. The film was classified '15' for strong bloody violence.

The BBFC's Guidelines at '15' state 'Violence may be strong but should not dwell on the infliction of pain or injury. The strongest gory images are unlikely to be acceptable'. The strong violence in the film generally lacks any clear detail of injury or the infliction of injuries and any sight of blood is brief. For much of the film, the fighting is relatively unrealistic but the climax sees Surya battle a large group of villains, often in slow motion. The scene includes a brief but bloody throat slash, sight of a woman being stabbed, and sight of men being shot, including blood spurts and brief sight of a head wound.

There is a single use of bleeped strong language, as well as milder bad language, such as 'piss', 'bitch', 'hell' and 'bloody'.
