BULLET TO THE HEAD is an action thriller in which a hitman and a cop partner up to catch a gang of criminals.

Violence

Frequent scenes of action include shoot-outs and hand to hand fighting, sometimes with the use of knives. Injuries occasionally result in blood spurts and brief injury detail.

There are occasional gory moments, including a procedure to remove a bullet from a man's chest which involves some poking around in the flesh before the bloody bullet is removed. In another scene there is autopsy detail, including sight of an open chest cavity.

Language

There is use of strong language ('f**k', 'motherf**ker') and moderate terms including 'bitch' and 'hooker'.

Scenes of hard drug use include the villain snorting white powder.
