BREATHE is a British drama in which a woman cares for her husband when polio leaves him paralysed and reliant upon a respirator.

Disturbing images

There is a scene in which blood pumps out of a breathing tube attached to a character's throat.

There is mild bad language including 'bloody', 'bugger', 'shit', 'dick', 'bastard' and 'hell'.

There is also a sequence in which a doctor performs a lethal injection in an assisted dying context, as well as discussion of this.
