Sex

There are scenes of implied oral sex, without nudity.

Language

There is use of strong language ('f**k'), as well as milder terms such as 'bitch' and 'Christ'.

Violence

After he discovers her infidelity, a man assaults his wife and forcibly washes her mouth.

Suicide

An elderly couple, one of whom has cancer, attempt to take their own lives.

The story follows a man's sharply declining mental health.
