BAFTA SHORTS 2018 is a collection of eight short films which include animations and dramas.

Language

There is infrequent use of very strong language ('c**t'), and use of strong language ('f**k'). Milder terms include uses of 'balls', 'hell', 'shit', 'piss', 'bullshit', 'shagging', 'bastard', 'knobhead', 'bitch', 'prick', 'dickhead' and 'arse'. There is also infrequent use of discriminatory language ('homo', 'retard').

Violence

Strong violence includes a scene in which a man is repeatedly hit with a hatchet below screen. There is blood on the murderer's face and hands.

A scene of sexual assault shows a man rubbing his crotch against a woman's leg on a crowded bus. The following scene shows the woman rubbing her trousers with a cloth, implying that the man ejaculated.

Moderate sex references include a scene in which a man tells a woman not to wear her dad's "wank pants".

There are several drug references, including a scene in which a young boy is handed a marijuana joint. It's implied that he smokes the joint, but no drug misuse is shown.
