BAD DAY FOR THE CUT is an Irish thriller in which a middle-aged farmer sets out to take revenge on the people who murdered his mother.

Language

There is occasional use of very strong language ('c**t'), including during violence, as well as more frequent strong language ('f**k').

Violence

Scenes of violence include a beating, a shooting, and two scenes of torture in which victims are repeatedly burnt while being questioned.

References are made to prostitution, and there are brief strong visual sex references.
