THE BAD AND THE BEAUTIFUL is a drama, set in Hollywood in the 1950s, in which a screenwriter, a director and a Hollywood star recollect their rocky relationships with an unscrupulous producer.

Theme

There is a scene of mildly intense emotional distress in which a woman sobs after an argument.

Violence

A character is punched, but no detail of injury is shown.
