ART PARTY is part documentary, part political fantasy. The film is centred on the November 2013 Art Party conference, a gathering of over two hundred artists in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, with a view to 'better advocating the arts to government'.
There is a single use of strong language ('f**king') and a single use of moderate bad language ('wanker'). The film also contains some milder bad language, including uses of 'bloody', 'Christ', 'damn' and 'piss'. Additionally, there is a single use of disguised strong language during the opening titles, when a band is credited as 'THE FU**S', the missing letters having been blacked out.
Additional issues include brief female breast nudity as a topless woman dances, and a scene in which a man walks into the sea, never to be seen again.
