ARDAAS is a Punjabi language drama about a bereaved teacher whose faith is tested by the social problems he encounters.

Drugs

There are references to 'druggies' and 'selling drugs', as well as a scene in which as drug user is seen having convulsions, possibly from an overdose.

Disturbing images

There is a scene in which a surgeon's bloodstained gloves are seen after she has performed a clinical abortion.

Suicide

A man is talked out of jumping off a bridge by the spirit of his late wife. In another scene, sight of a man's dangling legs initially suggests he might have hanged himself, but this is shown not to be the case.
