ARABIAN NIGHTS: VOLUME 1, THE RESTLESS ONE is a subtitled Portuguese film that re-imagines tales from One Thousand and One Nights. It is inspired by recent shipyard closures and Portuguese government austerity measures.

Language

There are several uses of strong language ('f**k', 'motherf**king'). There is also moderate and mild bad language, including uses of 'arse', 'bitch', 'crap', 'dick', 'pussy', 'shit' and 'son of a bitch'.

Sex

One of the stories includes several verbal and visual references to erections.

Other issues include moderate gore after a dead whale explodes on a beach and scenes of adult cigarette smoking.
