ALL THIS PANIC is a US documentary about a small group of teenage girls growing up in New York City.

Language

There are multiple uses of strong language ('f**k'). Milder bad language includes 'bitch', 'bastard' and 'shit'.

Teenagers occasionally smoke joints. There are references to smoking weed, drug paraphernalia being found at parties, and the use of acid. Teens are also shown drinking alcohol at parties and discuss getting very drunk.

The teenage girls talk about losing their virginities and how uncomfortable sex will be the first time. They also talk about wanting to 'get laid' and discovering their own sexualities.

There are some references to self-harming as a teenager discusses cutting herself as a 'coping mechanism' while dealing with difficult family issues, but she adds that she has now stopped. A young woman also comments that her father has considered suicide.
