ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING is a comedy in which aliens, whilst deciding whether or not to destroy the Earth, temporarily grant an ordinary man the power to do absolutely anything.

Language

There is use of strong language ('f**k') and a single use of the discriminatory term 'wogs'. There is also moderate and mild bad language, including uses of 'arsehole', 'bastard', 'bitch', 'bloody', 'dick', 'feck', 'pissed', 'shag', 'shit' and 'son of a bitch'.

Sex

Moderate sex references include the dialogue lines,"The bitch you were shagging last night", “Please can I shag your leg?” and "You mean f**k him right now?". In one scene it is implied that a man has been given an enormous penis.

Other issues include brief female breast nudity, during a scene in which a man is temporarily given the body of a woman, and some mild comic violence.

Precuts information

During post-production, the distributor sought and was given advice on how to secure the desired classification. Following this advice, certain changes were made prior to submission

Note: The following text may contain spoilers

This film was originally seen for advice. The company was advised the likely classification was 15 but that their preferred 12A could be achieved by reducing the quantity of strong language. When the film was submitted for formal classification, the number of uses of strong language had been reduced and the film was therefore classified 12A.
